What is your return policy for in-store purchases?
If you are not completely satisfied with your in-store purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date for store credit. The returned item(s) must be in new condition, unworn, with the hang tag attached in the original packaging.
Please note:
• Jewelry, watches, swim, and packaged goods such as tee packs, tank packs, and sock packs are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Online purchases cannot be returned in-store.
• In-store purchases can only be returned in-store.
• Store credit will be issued for the retail price of item(s) purchased.
Can I return an online order in-store?
Unfortunately, our in-store system is only able to process returns for items that were purchased in-store.

What is your try-on policy?
Our stores permit customers to try on all merchandise, with the exception of t-shirts, form-fitting tanks, underwear, swim, and socks. This policy is implemented to maintain the cleanliness and quality standards of our products. If you have any questions about sizing or need assistance, contact us.
The item I want isn't available in-store, can I order it?
If the item(s) you're searching for is out of stock in-store, our staff can place an online order and ship directly to you. Alternatively, you can place the order online yourself.
Is there a waitlist for store entry?
If the store is at capacity, we ask all visitors to use our waitlist in order to provide the best experience and ensure fairness to each customer. To join the waitlist, simply speak with our door staff. You will receive a text message when it is your turn. At the moment, we only offer same-day appointments.
Can I access or reserve the 214 lounge?
At this moment, the 214 lounge space is not open to the public. We invite you to sign up for our newsletter to stay informed about future events.
Can I make a reservation for Café Leon Dore?
We currently do not take reservations for our café. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis to accommodate all guests.
